General informational content published on our Website, including herb profiles, recipe guides, and educational articles, is provided free of charge. No refunds apply to free content as no payment is collected. If you have concerns about free content accuracy, please contact us and we will review your feedback.
4. Workshop and Program Refunds
4.1 Cancellation by the Participant
If you need to cancel your enrollment in a workshop or educational program, the following refund schedule applies:
- More than 14 days before the event: Full refund of the enrollment fee minus a 50 SEK administrative processing charge
- 7 to 14 days before the event: 75% refund of the enrollment fee
- 3 to 6 days before the event: 50% refund of the enrollment fee
- Less than 3 days before the event: No refund available, but you may transfer your enrollment to another person by notifying us in writing
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to hello@bonebios.world and include your full name, enrollment confirmation number, and reason for cancellation.
4.2 Cancellation by Bonebios
If we cancel a workshop or program due to insufficient enrollment, instructor unavailability, or circumstances beyond our control, you will receive a full refund of all fees paid. We will notify you at least 7 days before the scheduled event when possible and offer the option to transfer to a rescheduled date.
4.3 Rescheduled Events
If we reschedule an event, you may either attend the new date or request a full refund within 14 days of receiving the rescheduling notification. Failure to respond within 14 days constitutes acceptance of the new date.
5. Personalized Blending Consultation Refunds
Personalized blending consultation services involve preparation time before your scheduled session. Refund conditions are as follows:
- Cancellation more than 7 days before the session: Full refund minus 100 SEK preparation fee
- Cancellation 3 to 7 days before the session: 50% refund
- Cancellation less than 3 days before the session: No refund, but rescheduling may be available subject to availability
- After the consultation has been delivered: No refund, as the educational service has been fully provided
If you are dissatisfied with a completed consultation, contact us within 7 days describing your concerns. We will review the matter and may offer a partial credit toward future services at our discretion.
6. Digital Product Refunds
Downloadable educational products such as tasting journal templates and recipe collections are subject to the following conditions:
- A full refund is available within 14 days of purchase if you have not downloaded or accessed the digital product
- Once a digital product has been downloaded or accessed, refunds are generally not available due to the nature of digital goods
- If a digital product contains significant errors or is materially different from its description, contact us for a full refund regardless of download status
7. Right of Withdrawal for Distance Contracts
Under Swedish distance selling regulations (Distansavtalslagen), consumers purchasing services online have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of contract conclusion, without giving any reason. However, the following exceptions apply:
- If you expressly request that services begin before the withdrawal period expires, and acknowledge that you will lose your right of withdrawal once the service is fully performed, the right of withdrawal ceases upon full delivery
- For workshop enrollments where the event occurs within the 14-day withdrawal period and you have confirmed attendance, withdrawal may be subject to proportional charges for services already rendered
To exercise your right of withdrawal, send a clear statement to hello@bonebios.world before the withdrawal period expires.
8. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed according to the following procedures:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase
- Processing time is typically 5 to 10 business days from approval date
- Bank processing times may add an additional 3 to 5 business days before funds appear in your account
- You will receive email confirmation when the refund has been initiated
- Refund amounts are stated in Swedish Kronor (SEK)
We are not responsible for delays caused by payment processors or financial institutions.
9. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances:
- Services that have been fully delivered and completed
- Digital products that have been downloaded or accessed, except in cases of material error
- Administrative processing fees explicitly stated at the time of purchase
- Third-party costs incurred on your behalf during consultation preparation
10. Complaints and Dispute Resolution
If you are unhappy with our refund decision, you may escalate your complaint by contacting us at hello@bonebios.world with additional supporting information. We aim to resolve all complaints within 14 business days.
As a consumer in Sweden, you have the right to submit disputes to Allmänna reklamationsnämnden (ARN), the National Board for Consumer Disputes. You may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
11. Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, or infrastructure failures. In such events, we will offer rescheduled services or full refunds at your choice.

We may update this Refund Policy to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. The date at the top of this page indicates the most recent revision. Changes do not affect refund requests submitted before the update date.
